Hurray! We did it!!

 

We just finished our Cupcake and Canvas Fundraising Event. We passed our goal of 750 dollars by more than 250 dollars. At our event we had 51 kids come, paint, and decorate cupcakes. It was a lot of fun for the kids.

 

Some of the kids even played some carnival games throughout the event. We also had two raffle baskets that we were giving away. The raffle baskets included one from Sahale Snacks, and one that we put together with some games and art supplies.

 

At the end of the event, we raffled off our baskets. The first basket we raffled off was the art and games basket; the winner of the raffle basket was Cody.
 

The next basket we raffled off was the Sahale Snacks raffle basket; the winner of this basket was Jennifer. When she arrived at the lodge, she was filled with joy and happiness.

 

We would like to give a big Thank You to all of the kids who came, our sponsor, and the volunteers that worked so hard to make this event possible. And special thanks to Make-A-Wish Foundation, Costco, Sahale Snacks, Fred Meyer, Meylah, Sammamish Patch, Issaquah Reporter and Sammamish Reporter to support us.
